I am convinced, the older I get, the faster times goes.  It’s a bit difficult to believe a year has passed since I last posted a blog.   It was a busy year.   The back surgery from 2014 continues to be a huge success.   I was able to do some traveling last year.   I got to visit both my sons and both my brothers, attended several weddings, went to an international convention in Atlanta and saw tons of friends.   I drove a great deal including Lake Tahoe,  Bend, Oregon, Estes Park Colorado, Thermopolis Wyoming and their lovely hot springs.  I moved my office to a new location and that has been working out quite nicely.   The Keenan Building where my office is now located will be 100 years old this year.

I continue to be grateful for the healing opportunities using CranioSacral therapy.  I worked two children under two years old and observed some pretty fantastic results.   Massage therapy is such an important part of health maintenance.   I am happy to be able to assist my clients and new clients in maintaining their health.

I hope your 2016 will be a sweet 16.
